I Made Butter tonight

This is not a metaphor or a euphemism. I made butter tonight. It was a great experience. It was delicious to eat. It was easier than you could imagine, given the tools of a Kitchen Aid and a tiny strainer.

I sampled my butter spread on tiny rye toasts and sprinkled them with Balinese sea salt. This is what I did with part of my evening tonight. I made butter. It was delicious.
